My parents were so much fitness concerned, so am I. Since my childhood I am taught, how to be physically fit. Actually, we all know that health is wealth and we should ‘really care about it. Currently I’m working as a part-time rowing instructor beside my full time job, that’s why I started this blog to share my experience that I gathered. This blog is all about rowing tips and guides.
